This allows you to never worry about running out of product as it will be automatically shipped out when you need it. Yes. Immediately after the order is placed you have the opportunity to cancel the “Order Received Summary Page” there is a link to cancel the order. Or the order can be cancel up until it ships by going to the “Order / Reorders” tab on your account homepage. Simple select the order you want to cancel and click the “cancel” button. Refunds for paid cancelled orders may take up to 7-days depending on your banking institution.
No. Simply place another order for the additional items or cancel your current order and start a new one.

Yes. Simply log into your account and click on the “Orders / Re-Orders” tab. If the order is completed and paid for there will be a “Order Again” button available. Simply click on the button, verify the order is correct and fill in the payment section.
No, there is no minimum order requirement. There is no minimum requirements when ordering. However, Oil Lamp Services offers discounts for customers who buy in larger quantities.

Yes. We only ship complete orders, we DO NOT keep backorders and we DO NOT do backorder fulfillment.
